BowdenCorp completed the redevelopment of the Penshurst District Health Service, significantly enhancing healthcare facilities for the local community. This project focused on creating a modern, patient centred environment, incorporating contemporary design principles and specialised features to improve the quality of care.

The primary objective was to modernise and expand the health service to meet the evolving needs of the community, providing improved aged care, medical consulting and acute care facilities.
