Project Scope:
The scope of Stage 1 of this project involved internal refurbishment works carried out in two distinct phases. Phase One included the demolition of the administration wing, followed by refurbishment works to the general office, multiple staff areas, the sick bay and associated amenities. Phase Two focused on the internal refurbishment of the neighbourhood learning wing to allow for temporary relocation into the hall and library, which also included a minor extension. Additionally, Stage 1 encompassed the complete replacement of the library roof. Stage 2 of the project will involve the demolition of existing hardscaping to facilitate an extension to the learning neighbourhood building, creating extra learning areas and additional amenities.
