Sacred Heart Parish School, Sandringham

BowdenCorp will complete a comprehensive refurbishment and expansion project at Sacred Heart Parish School in Sandringham, significantly enhancing the school's learning and administrative facilities. This project focuses on creating modern, functional, and accessible spaces that support contemporary education and school operations.

Project Scope and Objectives:

The primary objective was to modernise and improve the existing school facilities to meet the evolving needs of students, staff and the community. BowdenCorp's role was to execute the project with precision, ensuring high-quality construction, adherence to educational design principles, and the creation of a welcoming and stimulating environment.

Project Highlights:

• Refurbishment of 10 ground floor classrooms and corridors.
• Construction of a new STEM space with kitchen, and three new offices.
• Alterations to reception entry and staff areas.
• Roof repairs and new plant deck.
• Replacement of north elevation windows and doors.
• New pavement, stairs and front entry doors.
