O’Neill House is an Aged Care Facility located in vibrant Prahran. Bowden Corporations role on this project was to refurbish the existing 43 bed facility into a 22 bed palliative care facility. Each private room provides a personalised, luxurious and caring experience for older people requiring temporary respite care or specialist end-of-life care.
This project involved the total refurbishment of an existing aged care facility which operated in a building that was more than 60 years old. The construction required strong expertise to build within a site that had confined accessibility, restricted working hours and required considered planning and logistics.
