BowdenCorp were appointed by Havilah Aged Care for the construct of “The Terrace” in Maryborough. Havilah, a term that means "where there is Gold" has worked with BowdenCorp to deliver the gold standard in Independent Living Care Accommodation across regional Victoria.
The project required the demolition and construction of architecturally designed apartments for quality and comfort. The Terrace apartments have spacious single and twin bedrooms, adjoining walk-in robes with extraordinary storage space. Walk-through robes lead to an ensuite bathroom, lounge rooms and kitchenettes are light and airy, with views to your own private balcony and surrounding gardens, or the Maryborough skyline. Each unit has its own private balcony and private garden. The additional communal lounge has balcony views and is ideal for functions and family gatherings or just relaxing with new friends. Delivering “Havilah – The Terrace” project allowed BowdenCorp to demonstrate their strong relationships within the region to deliver this project on time and with an incredibly high level of quality.
