Good Samaritan is a Catholic Primary School located in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs. The school's focus is to ensure that every child has a successful and enjoyable learning experience. Bowden Corporation's role on this project was the refurbishment of the existing town hall, including the renovation of amenities and storage rooms. And the construction of a new male, female and accessible toilet block.

The project was delivered on time with both a happy superintendent and client.
The new toilet block has a very modern design that fits in well with previous additions to the school by the same architect. This facility was desperately required for the students in that wing of the school.
The hall refurbishment has allowed the school to reopen the space to the general public (used many nights a week for different events) and has given much required storage options to the school and regular tenants.
