Federation University engaged BowdenCorp to renovate the dilapidated Ararat Campus ahead of moving students into the space.
The key objective was to improve energy efficiency of its services which called for major HVAC upgrades and replacement of all light fixtures, all of which were tied into a building management system to be controlled centrally by Federations University’s control centre.
Water damage and age had taken their toll on the interior conditions, so the project involved a refresh of the finishes, as well as a new security and door access control systems. These systems were also provided with connectivity back to the client’s central control centre. BowdenCorp looks forward to partnering with Federation University into the future.
