Building on our longstanding partnership with the Cotton On Group and their commitment to the Geelong community, BowdenCorp was entrusted with the "Cotton On Kids" Head Office Development project. This project, an extension of the Cotton On Campus, aimed to create a dynamic and innovative workspace for the Cotton On Kids team.
Project Scope and Objectives:
The primary objective was to transform an existing space into a modern, functional, and inspiring head office, reflecting the Cotton On Kids brand and fostering a collaborative work environment. This involved a staged refurbishment approach, coupled with new construction and external upgrades. BowdenCorp’s role was to deliver a high-quality project that met the evolving design requirements of the client while minimising disruption to the active campus.
