This project underscores both Cotton On's and BowdenCorp's shared commitment to promoting the health and wellbeing of their staff, creating a resort-style environment that fosters a culture of holistic wellness.

The primary objective was to transform an existing building into a state-of-the-art wellness centre, providing staff with access to a comprehensive range of fitness, health and mindfulness facilities. BowdenCorp's role was to deliver a high-quality, design-and-construct project that met the client's vision, while navigating the complexities of a live environment and adhering to strict timelines.
