Cotton On Body – Head Office

Building on our established cost-plus relationship and strong partnership with the Cotton On Group, BowdenCorp was entrusted with the "Cotton On Wellness" project, the development of a sophisticated wellness centre at their Geelong campus. This project underscores both Cotton On's and BowdenCorp's shared commitment to promoting the health and wellbeing of their staff, creating a resort-style environment that fosters a culture of holistic wellness.
 Project Scope and Objectives:

The primary objective was to transform an existing building into a state-of-the-art wellness centre, providing staff with access to a comprehensive range of fitness, health and mindfulness facilities. BowdenCorp's role was to deliver a high-quality, design-and-construct project that met the client's vision, while navigating the complexities of a live environment and adhering to strict timelines.

Project Highlights:

  • Complete internal demolition and refurbishment of an existing building.
  • Comprehensive fitness and wellbeing areas, including studios, consulting suites and mindfulness spaces.
  • Integration with outdoor courts and campus running track.
  • External façade upgrade, landscaping and car park construction.
  • New office space with open plan layout, meeting rooms and amenities.
  • Project completed in a live environment.

BowdenCorp delivered a sophisticated wellness hub, promoting staff health and wellbeing through a strong client partnership.

The Wellness centre is born from a resort-style design, the building incorporates a series of fitness and wellbeing areas. These include personal training, meeting and conference spaces, consulting suites for allied health, areas for pilates, yoga, spin rooms and F45, as well as mindfulness, meditation and chill spaces. The facility also connects to outdoor courts and features a running track through the campus, all in a resort-style space that connects to the larger staff complex. The construction of this ground breaking wellness centre required a full internal demolition and refurbishment of an existing building. Alongside these works, a full façade upgrade, landscaping and civil car park construction took place in a live environment.
