Project Scope:
The scope of this construction project involved the development of a new two-story childcare facility on a previously developed brownfield site. The centre included five dedicated child rooms, designed to cater to various age groups and learning activities, as well as multiple cot rooms to accommodate younger children. Essential amenities for children and staff were provided, along with a welcoming reception area. The facility also featured a fully equipped kitchen for preparing nutritious meals, dedicated staff rooms for educators, administrative offices and ample store rooms for supplies. External works are a key component of the project, including the construction of a 19-car parking lot for convenient drop-off and pick-up, comprehensive landscaping to create engaging outdoor spaces, the installation of shaded areas for sun protection and the creation of a sand pit for play and exploration.
