BowdenCorp delivered a comprehensive development project at Barwon Valley School, significantly enhancing the school's capacity to provide specialised education and therapy services. This project involved the construction of new learning and therapy spaces, as well as the redevelopment of existing facilities, creating a modern and inclusive environment for students.

Project Scope and Objectives:

The primary objective was to create specialised learning and therapy environments that would cater to the unique needs of Barwon Valley School students. BowdenCorp's role was to execute the project with precision, ensuring high-quality construction, adherence to accessibility standards, and the creation of welcoming and stimulating spaces.

• New Junior Learning Centre with 9 classrooms, sensory rooms and commercial kitchen/cafe.
• New Therapy Hub, Gym and Materials Tech Buildings.
• Redeveloped multi-purpose room into a Performing Arts Centre.
