Project Scope:
The scope of this project includes the demolition of the current tennis courts and associated structures to clear the site for the new development. The primary construction work involves the creation of three new synthetic grass sports courts, designed to accommodate various sports. Additionally, a running track will be integrated into the new facility. A key feature of this project is the design and construction of a tensile roof structure that will cover the entire sports court area, providing weather protection and enabling year-round use. External works will also be undertaken, including site paving for improved access, the creation of a timber seating area for spectators, comprehensive landscaping, and grassing and planting to enhance the overall aesthetic of the precinct.
