This three-storey development more than doubles the site’s previous capacity and integrates 24/7 onsite support services, communal spaces and secure tenancy management.
A collaboration between St Kilda Community Housing, the City of Port Phillip and Homes Victoria, the project follows the proven ‘Housing First’ model to provide stability, dignity and pathways to independent living.
