Key Facts

The project includes a flat floor space for 300 students to undertake presentations, exams, canteen dining and light ball sports. Surrounding spaces include general learning areas, canteen, music practice rooms, project spaces, green/meeting room and amenities.
Both buildings are of a predominant North-West orientation, perfectly capturing the afternoon sun and shining a multitude of natural light throughout the building, utilised by the numerous picturesque framed windows and skylights looking out onto the Macedon region that is available.
Both project stages are perfectly poised in the heart of the Macedon ranges, encompassing a 360 degree view of the famous Mt Macedon, Hanging Rock and the surrounding region.
Construction of the school has created economic benefits for the surrounding towns and businesses aptly, such as the Woodend Charcoal Chicken shop - a favourite for many of our trades.

Project Vision

Braemar College envisioned a multi-purpose hall that would become the heart of their campus – a space for students to learn, grow, and connect. The hall needed to be flexible, functional and aesthetically inspiring, blending seamlessly with the school's existing architecture and the beautiful natural surroundings.
